Full-stack developer Emerson Rocha .::. CMS Joomla!, PHP, JavaScript/NodeJS, Infraestrutura

One of the best things about Joomla is its ease of use and the ability of the user to edit their own content. Many developers and implementers sell Joomla to clients because the client can keep their sites updated on their own. The only problem is that client's don't know Joomla usually. How does a developer or implementer go about training their client's to use Joomla effectively?

This session will teach the teachers how to train their client's on using Joomla. We'll cover the Ins and Outs of how client's learn and the most effective ways to teach certain aspects of Joomla to your clients. The participants will get first hand experience on what it feels like to sit on the OTHER side of the table as an end-user instead of being the teacher.
